A SHORT STORY ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Our CEO started as a carpenter’s helper in the early 1980's.
After several years of doing framing, drywall siding, roofing and concrete.
Later about 1983 he started as a painter and eventually went to California to work in the homes of celebrities.
In 1997, he started as an Estimator / Project Manager for a large Painting and Wallcovering Union Contractor in Los Angeles CA.
Seven years later in 2004 he went to work for a property management GC as Estimator / Project Manager for commercial properties.
In 2011 after becoming disable due to a work injury he started doing Takeoffs for various contractors around the country.
Currently Mark and his team do takeoffs for contractors all over the country. He has specialists in most trades except MEP.
Mark and his team have a great work ethic and will not share information with others, they get projects done in a timely fashion, and will not rest until you have the best product for the best price.

I work hard to give clients the best most accurate Takeoff for the best price possible.
Mark W. Pier
